Code of Conduct for Students

All students are expected to uphold the dignity of the institution by maintaining high standards of conduct both inside and outside the campus.
Students must maintain punctuality, regularity, and sincerity in academics and all institutional activities.
Politeness and respect must be shown towards all people.
Students must carry their identity card on campus at all times.
Use of indecent language, or violence in any form will not be tolerated.
Students must refrain from cheating, plagiarism, or malpractice in examinations, assignments, and projects.
Attendance requirements as per institutional policy must be strictly followed.
Mobile phones and electronic devices should be used only for academic purposes and as permitted.
Students must adhere to the prescribed dress code/uniform of the institution.
Any damage, intentional or due to negligence, will attract disciplinary and financial penalties.
Students must follow safety rules in laboratories, workshops, and other activity areas.
Students must actively participate in academic, cultural, and extracurricular activities in a spirit of fairness and cooperation.
Violation of the Code of Conduct will invite disciplinary measures, which may include warning, suspension, expulsion, or other actions as deemed appropriate by the disciplinary committee.

Ensure ethical standards in publications and research.
Utilize institutional facilities, funds, and resources responsibly and only for academic/professional purposes.

Be regular and punctual in all academic and administrative responsibilities.

Code of Conduct for Non-Teaching Staff

Perform duties with honesty, integrity, dedication, and accountability.

Be punctual, disciplined, and regular in office.

Treat faculty, students, colleagues, and visitors with respect, courtesy, and fairness.

Maintain a positive, cooperative, and service-oriented attitude in all interactions.

Support and cooperate with faculty and administration in achieving the goals of the institution.

Adhere to institutional rules, regulations, and policies.

Safeguard confidential records, documents, and information of the institution.

Avoid misuse of authority or institutional resources for personal benefit.

Refrain from discrimination based on caste, creed, religion, gender, disability, or socio-economic background.

Avoid corrupt practices, bribery, or any activity that brings disrepute to the institution.

Uphold transparency, efficiency, and fairness in administrative and support functions.

Treat students with patience, kindness, and respect.

Avoid harassment, favouritism, or inappropriate behaviour in any form.

Provide timely and accurate administrative support to students for their academic and extracurricular needs.

Maintain discipline, harmony, and cooperation among colleagues.

Follow prescribed procedures for leave applications and approvals.

Avoid unauthorized absence from duty.
